How do I apply for a wholesale account?

To apply, complete our online dealer application form. The form asks for basic business information — your company name, contact details, and business type — so we can verify that you qualify as a wholesale buyer. Once submitted, our team reviews your application and sets up your account within 24—48 business hours. You will receive login credentials for the dealer portal by email. What types of businesses can open a dealer account?

We work exclusively with trade buyers. Eligible business types include independent monument dealers and memorial companies, funeral homes that offer monument sales, cemeteries and cemetery management organizations, and memorial retailers. Is there a minimum order size?

We do not enforce a strict minimum order quantity for standard stock items. You can order a single monument or many. However, custom-manufactured orders (non-standard sizes, custom cuts, or specific finish requirements) may have minimum order requirements depending on the production run. Contact us before placing a custom order if you have questions about minimums.

How long does it take to get an order?

Lead times depend on whether your order is from existing stock or requires custom manufacturing. In-stock items can typically ship within a few business days of order confirmation. Custom-manufactured orders — including non-standard sizes, custom cuts, or special colors — generally require 6—10 weeks from the India manufacturing facilities, depending on order complexity and current production schedules. We provide estimated shipping dates at the time of order confirmation. For time-sensitive orders, contact us before placing your order so we can check availability.

Do you offer custom sizes and designs?

Yes. Custom manufacturing is one of our core capabilities. Because we manufacture the majority of our monument stone in our India facilities, we have direct control over dimensions, cuts, polish levels, and finishes. We can produce monuments to exact specifications — including non-standard die sizes, custom base dimensions, custom shapes, and specific finish combinations. Submit your specifications through the dealer portal or contact our team directly for a custom order quote.

What granite colors do you carry?

We carry 50+ granite varieties sourced from 12 countries. Our most popular wholesale colors include Supreme Black (India), Jet Black (India), Bahama Blue (Brazil), Blue Pearl (Norway), India Red, Imperial Red, Paradiso, Mahogany, Multicolor Red, Gray granite, and India Green. How do I get current pricing?

Wholesale pricing is not listed publicly. Current price sheets are available exclusively to approved dealers through the dealer portal at portal.monumentplanet.com. Log in with your dealer credentials to access pricing for all in-stock and made-to-order items. Price sheets are updated regularly to reflect current inventory and market conditions. If you are not yet a dealer, apply for a wholesale account to gain access.

Do you ship directly to the cemetery?

Yes. We offer freight delivery directly to the cemetery or to your place of business — whichever is most convenient for your workflow. Many of our dealers prefer direct-to-cemetery delivery to streamline installation. Delivery requirements and access instructions for the cemetery must be provided at the time of order. Freight delivery is available throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic region.

What is your return and replacement policy?

We stand behind the quality of our granite. If a monument arrives damaged or does not match the confirmed order specifications, we will work with you to resolve the issue — including replacement where applicable. Damage must be documented and reported at the time of delivery. We do not accept returns on correctly manufactured custom orders. Contact our team immediately if there is any issue with a delivery so we can address it promptly.

How are monuments packaged for shipping?

Monuments are secured on wooden crates or pallets and wrapped with protective materials before freight shipment. Larger monuments and companion sets are crated individually. All packaging is designed to withstand standard freight handling. We recommend inspecting each shipment at delivery and documenting any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. If damage is noted, contact us immediately with photos.

Do you offer sandblasting and laser engraving?

Yes. We offer both sandblasting and laser engraving services. Sandblasting is available for deep-cut lettering, traditional inscriptions, and intricate designs — a durable, classic technique ideal for monument memorials. Laser engraving is available for precision portrait work, artwork, logos, symbols, and detailed lettering. Both services are priced separately from the monument itself and vary by design complexity and size. Submit engraving requests with your monument order through the dealer portal.

Can I order a monument for a customer without a layout?

You can order an uninscribed monument without a layout — just specify the granite type, size, and finish. If you are ordering engraving services at the same time, a layout is required before we can begin that work. We can engrave after delivery if your customer is not yet ready with final inscription details. Contact us if you need guidance on how to structure a partial or phased order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept standard business payment methods including check, ACH/bank transfer, and credit card. Payment terms are established at the time your dealer account is set up and may vary based on account history. For new accounts, we typically require payment before shipment. Established accounts with good payment history may qualify for net terms. Contact us for details specific to your account.

Do you have a showroom I can visit?

We are based at 221 Muirhead Ave, Trenton, NJ 08638. We welcome dealer visits by appointment. While we do not operate a consumer-facing retail showroom, we can arrange for qualified dealers to view our inventory and discuss custom manufacturing options in person. How do I track my order?

Order status is available through the dealer portal. Once your order ships, we provide freight tracking information by email.
