How Wholesale Pricing Works
Monument Planet operates exclusively as a business-to-business wholesale distributor. We do not sell to end consumers. Wholesale pricing is reserved for approved trade accounts - monument dealers, funeral homes, and cemeteries that have completed our dealer application process.

Pricing Variables
What Affects Your Price
Wholesale monument pricing is not one-size-fits-all. These four factors drive the cost of any given order.
Granite Type & Origin
Pricing varies significantly by stone variety. Domestic grays are priced differently from imported premium blacks like Supreme Black or Jet Black. Exotic varieties - Blue Pearl from Norway, India Red, Bahama Blue - carry different wholesale rates based on quarry origin, availability, and import costs.
Monument Size & Dimensions
Standard die and base sizes are stocked and priced accordingly. Custom-cut dimensions require manufacturing lead time and are priced to reflect cutting, polishing, and shipping from our India manufacturing facilities. Larger monuments and companion sets are priced per piece.
Polish & Finish Level
Full-polished monuments with all six sides polished are priced differently from monuments with pitch-sawn sides or rock-pitch finishes. The level of finish is a significant factor in wholesale pricing - especially on larger upright monuments and bases.
Engraving & Customization
Sandblasting and laser engraving services are priced separately and vary by the complexity and size of the design, text length, artwork, and whether a layout is required. See our services page for details on engraving capabilities.
