Notice and Take Down Policy

3. Our Response

Upon receiving a complete notice, we will review the claim and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the identified material. We may contact the party who posted or provided the material for an explanation before making a final determination, and we may decline to act on notices that are incomplete or do not reasonably identify infringing material.

4. Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the contact below identifying the material and explaining why it should be restored. We will review counter-notices in good faith and respond accordingly.

5. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site or dealer portal for any account found to be a repeat infringer of others' intellectual property rights.

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date noted above.
